greetings, with some news and a delay in the project the boat was finished and raced a few times
the boat came quite thin and had to be reinforced but on the outside everything is very well made and very flat underneath that's a good thing
the transom received 3 layers of 200g/m² carbon and the rest of the boat 2 but from several stages and patches, I tried to make everything as dry as possible
the cover received two layers of 160g/m² glass for gps signal
the cover received 4 m4 screws with countersunk heads for better safety against flights

so after hardening everything is stiffer now
on the outside I didn't need to do anything as I said the boat sits very flat and all the steps touch equally
after a little placement test on the inside the assembly of the parts started
I decided to shift the running gear 3mm to the right I know that on V boats this helps
I mounted the rudder as close as possible so that the biggest propeller I could use wouldn't interfere with the rudder blade when turning
I mounted the strut starting from the neutral position trying to be perfectly perpendicular as well as the rudder

after correctly aligning the motor as far forward as possible as the cover allows, I rolled a piece of flexshaft into the coupling to find the exact holes and angle for the brass tube
for easier bending, the tube was heated with a gas lamp and cooled several times to become more malleable, then I inserted the teflon tube and the flexible shaft and bent it slightly to the desired angle
the motor support bonding and the tube sealing were done with resin and glass flakes, I did not have carbon flakes for a better look

after mounting the rudder followed the hole for the drive rod and securing the servo support, from a carbon battery support I made the esc support and a small receiver support followed the water circuit with the exit in front of the boat and up not on the side for a better view, a single circuit because I will use a water pump

the boat weighs 3.6kg with a 2x3s6000mah setup
the boat was filled with pool noodles and the batteries will be secured with them as well
for the first run the boat was balanced for a 2x2s 5000mah setup for the 4s which reduced the weight significantly
