Hi flortje,
there is a raceboat chapter included in a watersports club closed
to Düsseldorf airport.
So I'm not a member, but i'll join them several times a year for competitions
or as guest driver.
I hope for you that someone of them is reading here and give you some more infos.
Otherwise, maybe, you can get more informations from your Belgium colleges
